The manifesto of A Partnership for National Unity/Alliance for Change (APNU+AFC) was delayed followingAFC General Secretary David Pattersonefforts by the two parties to merge their respective programmes into one. This was confirmed by AFC General Secretary David Patterson, who however expressed the hope that it would be made available by today.The launch of the coalition’s manifesto had initially been slated for March 10.
